২০-শে মে’২০২০ রাতের আম্পান ঘূর্নীঝড়ে দক্ষিনাঞ্চলের নিকটবর্তী বিভাগ রাজশাহীরও অনেক আম বাগান ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে, পৈতৃকসূএে প্রাপ্ত আমাদের বাগানগুলোর অধিকাংশ আম্রমুকুল ঝড়ে পড়ে গেছে, বছরান্তে কদাচিৎ আমার ওখানে যাওয়া হয়…
হিসেব মতে আমার মনঃকষ্টে থাকার কথা, আমি অবশ্যই ব্যথিত তবে নিজের কোন আর্থিক ক্ষতি আমার হয়নি, খারাপ লাগছে বাগান লীজ নেয়া মানুষগুলোর জন্য, করোনাকালে এম্নিতেই নিম্ন পুঁজির ব্যবসায়ীরা বিপদগ্রস্থ, তার ওপর এ হেন প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগে তাদের দূর্ভোগ প্রায় দ্বিগুণ হলো, নিয়তির ওপর পুরোপুরি নির্ভর করে এভাবে অগ্রিম লেনদেন কতোটা যৌক্তিক????
সব দেশে-ই কি এভাবে বিনিময় চুক্তি হয়ে থাকে?

অনেক মুসলিম সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ দেশেই এ ধরনের লীজ নিষিদ্ধ, যেখানে যে কোন একজন প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগহেতু হঠাৎ ভয়াবহ ক্ষতির মুখোমুখি হতে পারে, আমাদের আর্থ সামাজিক পরিবেশে সূদ-দাদন ব্যবসা যেভাবে আগ্রাসী থাবা নিয়ে পুঁজিবাদি সমাজের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করছে, লীজ-বন্দক-ঠিকা ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে টাকা লেনদেন একই পদ্ধতির অনুসরণ মাত্র;
আমরাও ইচ্ছেয়-অনিচ্ছেয় এগুলোর সাথে সংযুক্ত।
আমাদের মাঝে খুব কম মানুষ-ই এ বিষয়ে আমাদের ধর্মীয় ব্যখ্যাসমূহ জানি, আসুন দেখে নেয়া যাক কি কি বিধান রয়েছে এ বিষয়ে —
(১)Title of the Hadith–Sale of unripe fruit and unripe corn —-
The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him), according to Hadrat Anas (Allah be pleased with him), has prohibited the sale of grapes before they become dark and that of the corn before it ripens. Similarly, he has forbidden the sale of raw dates. The fruit of the date palms should not be sold until it becomes red or yellow.
(২) Title of the Hadith- Selling of Goods—
The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) has warned the Muslims against indulging in forward transactions which means selling goods before obtaining their possession. “Whoever buys cereals shall not tell them until he has obtained their possession,” says the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him). According to Ibn ‘Abbas, what applies to cereals also applies to other categories of goods. On another occasion the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) has said: “Bargain not about that which is not with you.”

পরোক্ষভাবে এ বিষয়ের সাথে সম্পর্কিত–
Those who give less in Measure & Weight; Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure; And when they have to give by measure or weight to(other)men, give less than due; Do they not think that they will be resurrected(For Reckoning); On a Great Day.
(Sura Al-Mutaffifin- Verse: 1-5)
